As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number along with a direct link to monitor your parcel's journey. This tracking number is generated by our shipping partner and becomes active within a short time after handover, typically within one to two business days. Please allow a brief window for the carrier's system to update before your first check.

To track your order, simply click the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. You will be redirected to the carrier's tracking portal, where you can view real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery window. Should you prefer, you may also copy the tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website for the same information.

We understand that waiting for a delivery can feel like the longest part of the experience, and we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. If your tracking information shows no movement for more than a few days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed and your parcel has not arrived, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will reach out to the shipping carrier on your behalf and keep you updated every step of the way.

You will need these details if you need to inquire about your shipment with either our team or the carrier.
